Ways you can help....

General Volunteer

We meet every Tuesday and Friday morning, 10.00 - 12.00 at the polytunnel.  There are an array of tasks depending on the time of year.  Tasks are planting, maintaining the new seedlings/plants, planting up the hanging baskets/planters, weeding and maintenance at the Dennis King garden, organising the polytunnel, tidying flower beds and so much more.  There is always something to do.  We only ask for your commitment and to do what you can.

You can choose to attend one or both sessions.  If you would like to visit us and see what we do, please give us a call.

We usually meet at the polytunnel, but depending on the time of year, we meet at different sites around the town to tend to the flower planters and flower beds.

If you have a clean driving licence and towing experience, we need your help with driving our van and water tank around the town centre in the Summer months to water the planters/flower beds.  Time commitment: To be agreed.
